Policies and Procedures
The purpose of this policy is to inform you, our valued client, about the services provided at Cuticle Culture by Kyla, as well as the steps and procedures to follow if you are not satisfied with the services received. Please sign this waiver prior to booking with Cuticle Culture by Kyla.

Refunds, Reworks, and Satisfaction
If your nails become scratched or misshapen, please notify us within 24 hours of your service. We will gladly fix or redo the service at no extra cost.
You must schedule an appointment within 5 days of your initial service for any corrections.
We do not offer refunds or credits due to a change of mind.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, please inform us immediately after the service so we can rectify the issue.
Once you leave the salon, you are deemed to be satisfied with the service provided.
We reserve the right to charge for repairs or damages caused by your own negligence or mishandling after the service (e.g., chipping, breaking, or lifting due to improper care).
Punctuality & Late Policy
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to choose a color unless already discussed with tech.
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your appointment as this may rush the tech and interfere with the current appointment.
If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please contact us.
A $10 late fee will be charged for late arrivals beyond 10 minutes.
Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited.
A strike policy applies: being more than 10 minutes late up to 5 times will result in a refusal of service.
Children & Accompanying Guests
No children are permitted to be present during your appointment unless previously discussed and approved with your technician.
Personal Items
Cuticle Culture by Kyla is not responsible for any personal items lost or damaged during your visit.
Please handle polishes and belongings carefully and check for any items before leaving.
Payment Methods
We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash app, and Gift Cards.
Personal checks are not accepted.
A 3% processing fee will be added when paying via card or Cash App.

Gratuity is not included in the service prices but is greatly appreciated.
Deposit & Appointment Policy
A deposit may be required at the time of booking; this amount will be credited toward your service.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within less than 24 hours or fail to show up.
Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to 50% of the service cost due to scheduling interference.
Strike Policy for Tardiness
Being more than 10 minutes late up to 5 times will result in a refusal of service.
This policy helps us maintain a smooth schedule for all clients.
Gift Card / Voucher Terms
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used for cash advances.
Gift Cards are valid until the expiry date printed on them; expired cards cannot be redeemed.
Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Gift Cards are non-cancellable.
